1. Each den has 5 to 8 boy/adult teams.

2. The den usually gets together four times each month

One "Go See It

One Pack meeting (with all other dens)

3. Each boy/adult team takes turns hosting the meetings. Meetings are conducted by the den leader and last no more than an hour.

4. Advancement

All scouts must complete the requirements for the Bobcat badge before they are eligible for any rank (Tiger Cub, Wolf, Bear etc)

The Tiger Cub first earns his belt totem

After he completes 5 achievements, he receives the Tiger Cub badge

For every 10 eletives completed, the Tiger Cub earns a Tiger Track.
